Venture Improvements

My family and I went on vacation and when we returned there was a brand new kitchen, thanks to Matt and the crew at Venture Improvements.  We own a historic home in Ritchie and the floors were unleveled and cabinetry very old.  Matt leveled the floors and installed IKEA cabinetry with no hassle to us at all.  The crew have also completed trim and installed garden doors.  Venture Improvements returned all our phone calls, and were never impatient with the many concerns we had as home owner in the middle of renovations.  VI get the job done promptly and professionally.  We could not be happier with the work they have done for our family.

Greenco Machinery Inc contracted Venture Home Improvements Inc to demolish a 40 ft X 100 ft Quonset building in April/May 2011, which had collapsed under the weight of heavy snow falls over the winter months. They arranged the removal of all the contents of the building while at the same time disassembled  the remains of the building and disposed of/ loaded the metal into steel refuge containers and cleaned up the site.  We found that the job was well organized, the job site was keep clean and the project came in on target budget.

My wife & I needed to expand our basement living quarters so we engaged Venture Home Improvements Inc to carry out the project.  We drew up some “homemade” drawings and discussed them and went thru them with Venture.  The project entailed rerouting of some electrical lines, built-in vacuum lines, knocking down some walls and erecting new walls, building new closets, installing a new fireplace, new electrical, erecting new walls, gyprocing, installing lighting, painting, new mirrowed, sliding closed doors, painting, carpeting & trim work.

The work place was kept clean on a daily basis with minimal dust in the rest on the living quarters. They also painted the upper level of the home as well as texturing the basement ceiling and painting a textured ceiling on the main floor.  We are very pleased with the work carried out and we felt so comfortable with the way the project was progressing that we were able to go off on a bit of a holiday and return when the project was completed.  We would certainly recommend Venture Home Improvement Inc to anyone seeing their services”.

 

Venture Home Improvements had been contracted to carry out a renovation retrofitting and upgrading to our home, which in most cases included modifications of the existing. They have demonstrated their ability to carry out all repairs and renovations on schedule with a high caliber of workmanship and professionalism. We found their site superintendents and workers to be flexible and very cooperative when dealing with the project requiring planning and coordination. Venture Home Improvements has performed to the satisfaction of the occupants and to the undersigned which makes working with them a pleasure. Through my experience with both Mr. Graham Green and Mr. Matt Weeks of Venture Home Improvements, I would recommend this company for any renovation or construction work and I would have no hesitation using their services in the future.
